Welcome to the Circus

The league's 2 best young mega stars vs each other. In the same years as Kobe and Lebron ... but on ice! I thought I've already been fortunate in my sports history past, but sports never stops. Love the playoffs.

A generation ago, the rivalry between hockey's two greatest stars was all about intense water-cooler debates.

Wayne Gretzky and Mario Lemieux played on opposite sides of North America for most of their careers. They never met in the Stanley Cup Playoffs.

Except Mario and Gretz never hated each other.

Sid and "Ovie" are THE 2 best bar ... some ... and they no likey each other. And these guys are shall we say ... feisty. I missed pretty much Bulls vs Celtics series somehow, but I'm not missing Pens vs Caps. Saturday. Plus some Boxing. I forgot who's fighting but I'm going to watch.

Oh no's I made a Justin.TV (streaming live video) Channel. Maybe I should finish one thing at a time. I even want to edit this design too. hahah and yes n8itude is coming. and the uh podcasts. um yeah.

Destiny

If you can't see the passing of the torch coming, you don't know sports ... and it's keen interest in Hollywoodesque drama. Especially pitting leaders vs each other. It's the American way.

This year I (and probably David Stern) expect (hope) the finals will end up Kobe vs King James .. I mean Lakers vs Cavs. Is this the year LBJ takes his crown and to paraphrase a legend "be the man, by beating THE (incumbent) man"? Maybe, but Kobe is still Kobe and he isn't going down without a fight, especially when he NEEDS to win one without Shaq's giant shadow looming. Like how Messier needed his win after Gretzky left Edmonton. Kobe is gangsta, and he isn't going anywhere. This is a scary vision for anyone in his way.

Then again I don't want to see THIS coming at me either.

I think I saw a similar torch passing this last Sunday though. Hmmm things may not go so well for Kobe.

The Bare Pimp Project

It's pretty much the greatest piece of television film of all time. If you are Canadian you know the Sunnyvale crew. I don't know if the show Jumped The Shark after it or that it should have been a separate movie itself, but holy crap I have never seen any better episode than this since... ever. But ... I don't remember if I even saw the movie yet. Oh well the trailer crash scene is on .... peace..

bahaha... the end scene (the crash) is definitely the Defining Moment of show. The One Week Later's should DVD extra's. Ricky's monologue rules.

Yes, the next season's bank opening scene is next on the list.

Bruins will win.

I hate Boston sports period. The Sox, Celts, Pats and the B's. All of em. Mostly because of their fans (the loud obnoxious/selfish/self-centered ones, and there are a lot). I actually liked the Celtics squad last year, I just hated that that group of players were donning the Green & White. Now it looks, to me inevitable the Bruins will end up hoisting the cup of Stanley. I predicted this months ago, and my mini Bruins Stanley Cup (u get em in 24's over here in Canada Land) has mocked me constantly.

Now I'm jealous... not just their championship euphoria but for this photoshoot starring Paula Pierce as a Bruin, Zdeno as a Celt, Papi as a Pat and Wilcox as Super Papi.

CB4 on Skates, Schenn in Dino Gear, Doc in Boatmen garb and Kerry on the mound. Do it Toronto Star, c'monnnn.
